Win With Wellness brings Roughriders players into Saskatchewan classrooms to talk about mental health, so kids learn to speak up before the weight gets heavy. Your gift takes it to the next school.

The kid who's fine in class. The one who laughs it off. Most of what young people carry never reaches the surface, and the numbers say it's a lot.

What your gift
puts in the room

Win With Wellness is a Saskatchewan Roughrider Foundation program delivered in schools across the province. Roughriders players lead every session, and the conversation keeps going after they leave.

In the classroom

Sessions on stress, anxiety, resilience, and asking for help, led by our player ambassadors. We leave materials behind so teachers can keep the conversation going once the player is gone.

With the Riders

Players share their own stories about hard days, nerves, and the strategies they use, because hearing a Rider say "I've felt that too" lands differently than a worksheet.

Across the province

From Regina and Saskatoon to rural and northern communities. Your gift decides where Win With Wellness goes next.

I just want to thank you so much for organizing yesterday's visit with Jacob, Charbel, and Micah. They were absolutely phenomenal! I have already witnessed students encouraging each other to use the techniques that were introduced while friends are having difficult moments.

The students were very impressed with Mitch and what he had to say. They commented on his ease when talking and the strategies he used when feeling anxious. They wanted to know more about him and his game.

It was very motivational and sure helped to have a pro football player talk openly about mental health, journalling, the importance of school, and the value in trying a lot of things. The kids in my class gained a lot and listened to every word. Well done!!
